About Anait Tamanian

Anait’s formative years were split between Saint Petersburg, Russia and Brooklyn, NY. She moved to Colorado in 2018 after meeting her partner on a trip to Mexico City. Since moving to Colorado she has grown her household to include a dog-like cat, Vasily, and a cat-like dog, Cody. In her spare time Anait loves to garden, with a strong focus on native gardening and regenerative techniques, exploring Colorado, painting and drawing, and spending time with friends.

Anait loves to volunteer with the Junior League of Denver. Issues of equality, housing and sustainability are near and dear to her heart. 
Previous to real estate, Anait has been in another “life-milestone” business as a wedding florist. There she mastered drawing out people’s visions, abiding by strict budgets and timelines, creative problem solving, and thriving in emotional and high-pressure situations.

After moving to real estate and re-aligning her work with her ethos, Anait blurred the line between work and business beyond recognition. Anait aspires to be a guide, resource and partner to her clients as she helps them find their special place in this world through home ownership, which she deeply believes helps build a strong foundation for financial stability and consequently a happier, more carefree life.
